1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bjok online gaming platform ("Platform" or "bjok") and its users ("you" or "member"). • Withdrawal requests will always be sent to the same payment method that was used for the deposit.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

bjok offers various promotional offers. Each promotion has its own terms. The current terms for bjok's welcome bonus are set out below:

• Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used to play games.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be activated at the same time unless specifically stated.
• bjok reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion for a limited time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, bjok may cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on bjok is governed by the following rules:

• In situations where a bet qualifies for cancellation (such as a cancelled event), the staked amount will be refunded.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjok platform. Breaching these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure:

7 Account Closure & Suspension

bjok reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Extended inactivity.
• By order of a court or government authority.

Members may also request closure of their own account at any time. In such cases, any valid balance (if applicable and all conditions are met) will be returned. Bonus balances are non-refundable.
